2) The promoter is Qantas Airways Limited (ABN 16 009 661 901) of 10 Bourke Road, Mascot, NSW 2020 (Qantas +61 2 9691 3636) (Promoter). Duration
3) All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated. The promotion commences at 00:01 (AEDT) on Monday 23 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 (AEST) on Sunday 26 April 2026 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to enter
4) Eligible Entrants are Australian based frontline travel agents, aged 21 years of age or over , who are actively employed full time at a travel agency or tour operator as a travel consultant selling leisure travel to New Zealand with an Australian IATA or TIDS included in a Qantas National Agency Sales Agreement (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate. Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and consolidators are excluded from this incentive. Employees of TNZ (including employees of any of their subsidiaries or affiliated companies) and their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses, children) and members of their households, and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the Promotion and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion.
Entry into the promotion
5) To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period sell a Qantas return ticket, on 081 paper, ex Australia to New Zealand, and complete the Customer Collection Form on the QAC site to log their booking. 6) The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
7) The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
8) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Drawing of entries
9) The draw will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday 4 May 2026 at MDSA, Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
10) The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize
11) There will be 1 (one) prize. There will be 1 (one) (prize) winner. The maximum total prize pool value is AU$9,999, based on the recommended retail value and the exchange rate at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
12) The prize is a self-famil to New Zealand for the prize winner and one travel companion. Most components of the prize must be completed by Tuesday 15 December 2026. Two components of the prize must be completed before 30 September 2026, outlined below. Blackout dates apply for most components of the prize during New Zealand school holiday dates: Saturday 4 July to Sunday 19 July 2026 and Saturday 26 September to Sunday 11 October 2026. The prize consists of:

Flights
- 2 (two) Qantas Economy Class flights ex Australia into Christchurch, New Zealand (CHC), and ex Queenstown New Zealand (ZQN) to Australia (flight associated taxes are included).
- The prize travel (flights) cannot be taken in blackout dates
- Prize travel (flights) must be booked and ticketed by Friday 13 November 2026. Prize travel must be completed by Tuesday 15 December 2026. Black out dates apply. There can be no changes to travel arrangements once tickets have been issued.
- Prize winner travel is valid on Qantas operated services only. Prize winner travel is not able to be redeemed on other operating airlines, including codeshare flight numbers and services operated by Qantas subsidiaries.
- The prize is available to the prize winner and a companion of the prize winner’s choosing, or both fares are eligible to the prize winner alone.
- Travel must be booked directly with Qantas Airways through the contact identified on the winner notification letter and cannot be made through third parties (i.e. Travel agencies, online travel agencies).
- Prize travel is subject to availability in Economy Class N booking classes at the time of booking. Once prize travel is booked, the time of prize travel and the destination of prize travel cannot be changed.
- Prize winner travel will not accrue Qantas Points or Status Credits on any element of the prize. Upgrades cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Points.
- The prize is not combinable with any other offer.
- The prize must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. If the prize is not utilised as stated, it will be forfeited.
- The prize must be used in one transaction. Prize winners may separately book additional travellers. Prize winners can email the additional traveller booking details to the above address to allow us to connect the bookings.
- Advance bookings are essential. Please allow a minimum of 21 days’ notice when making the booking.
- The prize winner and any travelling companion/s must travel together on all prize winner travel and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g.travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, ancillary products or any other costs of a personal nature) and complying with all health or other governmental regulations. The promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at each destination. All prize winner travel is subject to Qantas ‘Conditions of Carriage’.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any taxes including FBT, charges, fees and other imposts of whatever kind that may be levied as a result of winning. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable (including names changes), non-exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services. If lost or misplaced, it is not replaceable.
- Qantas Airways (Australia based) will be collecting personal information via this form for the purposes of facilitating the prize, and handling information in accordance with its linked Privacy Policy: https://www.qantas.com/us/en/support/privacy-and-security.html
- The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the ticket. The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prize-winner and companion. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Prize travel is subject to Qantas’ General Conditions of Carriage
- Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking and prize travel is subject to availability of prize travel fares at the time of booking. The winners and their companions must travel together on all prize travel and will not accrue Qantas Points on any element of the prize. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Points.
- Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of use of that prize.
- If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, for reasons outside the control of the Promoter, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

a) All experiences and accommodation included in the Prize are subject to availability. The chosen experiences and accommodation included in the prize package can only be used during your time in New Zealand, and subject at all times to availability, demand and the Winner’s (and their companion’s) acceptance of the terms and conditions of each third-party operator providing the experience or accommodation.
b) It is a Winner’s responsibility to ensure that they are fit, well and able to travel and participate in the experiences included in the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-award the Prize to another Participant where health reasons or concerns prevent a Winner from taking up the Prize. The Prize does not include visas, any transport not set out under Clause 12, Australian accommodation, travel insurance, medical insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, petrol, tax (including any applicable tourism levy) or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out under Clause 12 above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
c) The car rental component of the Prize only covers the car rental rate for vehicles of Group P - Intermediate SUV with Budget. Any additional fees, accessories and insurance are the responsibility of the Winner. Higher vehicle classes can be hired at the Winner’s additional cost. Vehicles subject to availability. The Winner or their companion will be required to provide Budget with a credit card at the time of pick-up to be used as a security bond during the rental period. Standard Budget Rent a Car terms and conditions apply.
d) The Winner (and their companion) must be over 21 years of age, and will be responsible for ensuring that they are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents, a valid driver’s licence (if redeeming the rental car portion of the Prize) for the trip in question.
e) The Ground Arrangements of the Prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable, non-negotiable non-substitutable, and cannot be canceled, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Any further details of the Prize will be communicated to the Winners by email only, by TNZ and the relevant activity providers.
13) Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. Notification of the winner
15) The winners will be notified by email by Monday 11 May 2026 and their first initial, and surname will be published on the campaign landing page on Qantas Agency Connect on Monday 18 May 2026. The postcode of any winner who is a South Australian resident will also be published online, unless that winner requests in writing otherwise. They may also be published in other marketing channels including but not limited to Qantas Agency Connect, Tourism New Zealand’s social media channels, and external paid media- these will be published in the Qantas Agency Alert and paid trade media on Monday 18 May 2026.
Right of the Promoter to redraw
16) The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed at 11:59pm on Monday 6 July 2026 a second draw will be conducted by the Drawer on Monday 13 July 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winners determined in accordance with clause 16 will be notified by email on Wednesday 15 July 2026 and their first initial and surname will be published on the campaign landing page on Qantas Agency Connect on Monday 20 July 2026. The postcode of any winner who is a South Australian resident will also be published online, unless that winner requests in writing otherwise.They may also be published in other marketing channels including but not limited to Qantas Agency Connect, Tourism New Zealand’s social media channels, and external paid media will be published in the Qantas Agency Alert on Monday 20 July 2026.
Limitation of liability and variation of terms
17) If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter f rom complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. In this scenario, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
18) The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents, and Tourism New Zealand (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.
19) The exclusion of liability in clause 18 does not apply to limit or exclude liability:
a) for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third party goods or services, which other than in connection with this promotion, are in the normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business; or
b) to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the manner contemplated in that clause (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
Entry details and privacy
20) Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, and Tourism New Zealand, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities. Fringe Benefits Tax
26) Receipt of a prize may have Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications. To the extent that there is any FBT liability, this will be paid for by the employer of the recipient. The grossed -up value of a prize and any other Fringe Benefits the recipient receives during the course of the FBT year may be reported on the recipient's annual PAYG Payment Summary as required by taxation law.
