Commercial policy for customers with unticketed Edifact bookings made on/before 30 June 2025
The following commercial policy is available to customers booked on/before 30 June 2025.
Bookings must be ticketed within ticketing time limit and no later than 15 July 2025.

Ticket reissue condition
1. Ticket an existing booking in EDIFACT
- Existing bookings held in EDIFACT with a booking creation date on / before 30 June 2025 and a ticketing time limit (TTL) on/after 1 July 2025
- Issue the ticket within TTL and no later than 15 July 2025 waiving any applicable Distribution Surcharge (YR) and associated GST (UO)
- Issue with authority 400359 in endorsement box
- Fare and taxes (except YR) must be repriced prior to ticket issuance
Commercial Policy Conditions
- Tickets must be issued prior to travel, in accordance with the fare rules
- All other rules and conditions of the ticket remain unchanged including the ticket validity
- Subsequent reissues after 1 July 2025 will be subject to any applicable Distribution Surcharge
