Your agency can register for the Qantas Distribution Platform portal for simple access to Qantas NDC content. The new portal gives agents an additional option to experience the great benefits of Qantas NDC.

Your agency has an active account on the Qantas Agency Connect site with a current Agency Manager profile. Click here to register for Qantas Agency Connect.

A valid IATA, TIDS or ARC

Your agency has a valid IATA, TIDS or ARC number.
TIDS agencies require a Consolidator to be registered to the portal, to ticket on behalf of your agency.

What to expect after submitting your application

Checking the status of your application

You can check the status of your portal application any time via the My Agency Profile tab. The below status’ may appear during the assessment process, which can take up to 7 business days to complete.

The travel agency has successfully submitted the application form. The application is currently under review with Qantas.
Rejected

The travel agency’s application form has been rejected. This can be due to a variety of reasons. For example, but not limited to:

  • Agency submit the wrong billing address
Active
Registration has been successful, and the travel agency credentials have been set up in the Qantas Distribution Platform portal.
Deregistered

The travel agency’s access to the Qantas Distribution Platform portal is suspended or removed. This can be due to a variety of reasons. For example, but not limited to:

  • Agency has requested to deregister from the portal
  • Agency has breached the portal Terms and Conditions.

Getting set up to access the Qantas Distribution Platform portal

Once your application turns to 'Active', your agency will be onboarded into the Qantas Distribution Platform portal via the following steps:

Welcome email

Once registration is successful, the nominated Agency Manager will receive an email from Qantas with their log in credentials.

Setting up and password validation

The Agency Manager will be required to set up a secure password and Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA). Once the password and 2FA is set up, the Agency Manager can onboard individual consultants within their agency, who will each have their own password and 2FA.

Information for individual travel agents or consultants

If you are an individual travel agent or consultant looking to set up your access to the Qantas Distribution Platform portal, speak to your Agency Manager who will onboard you through your agency's profile. Once your Agency Manager has set up your access, you will receive a welcome email from us with log in credentials and a link to the portal to set up a password and 2FA.
