My Requests
My Requests allows you to view and track Service Requests made through Qantas Agency Connect.
For each Service Request raised you will receive a unique My Request number which is viewable for six months. Service Requests include schedule changes, fare quotes or fare reassessments, name corrections, flights cancelled in error, class upgrades, suspend coupons, fare rule waivers and ticket requests.
Schedule Change
Complete this service to manage your customer's booking and obtain an authority to reissue their ticket following a schedule change
Reassociating EMDs
Request EMDs to be reassociated to your customer's flight for advance seat selection, and pre-purchased additional baggage.
Ticket Request
Complete this form if your customer's ticket needs to be reissued by Qantas Agency Connect
Name Correction
Request a name correction for an error in your customer's name. Qantas Agency Connect will reissue the ticket as required
Fare Quote or Reassessment
Submit this form for a guaranteed Qantas fare quote or reassessment to be added to your customer's booking
Fare Rule Waiver
Request a fare rule waiver for change fee, ticketing time limit, expired fare or ticket validity
Flight Cancelled in Error
Request reinstatement of Qantas flights you have cancelled in error within the last 24 hours
Manage Booking
Service your bookings with seat selection, meal requests, pre-paid additional baggage as well as other options available to your customers.
Flight Status
Check the flight status and the real-time flight information for your customer's Qantas, QantasLink and codeshare flights.
Cancel check-in
If you need to cancel check-in on behalf of your customer via the Qantas App or Manage Booking.
Class Upgrade
Request upgrade to higher booking class in the same cabin for a Qantas flight when that class is no longer available for sale.
