Reassociating EMDs made easy
We’re pleased to introduce a new feature that makes managing bookings even easier for you. From today, you no longer need to call Qantas Agency Connect to have an Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) reassociated for Advance Seat Selection or Pre-Paid Baggage, if it becomes disassociated due to a flight change*.

This process can now be submitted independently, anytime, via our new Service Request on Qantas Agency Connect. Simply provide your booking reference, passenger's last name, EMD number, and the type of ancillary originally issued.
- Only submit a Service Request for reassociating an EMD if the first flight is more than 24 hours away. If the flight is within 24 hours, please call the Qantas Agency Connect team for assistance.
- When submitting a seating EMD, ensure the new seat has been booked in your GDS before submitting the Service Request via the QAC Site.
- For baggage EMDs, please ensure the origin and destination match the original booking.
