Commercial policy for customers using Edifact credits
The following commercial policy is available to customers holding a valid 081 ticket issued on/before 30 June 2025 for for reissue on/after 1 July 2025.

Ticket reissue condition
1. Utilising an EDIFACT Credit
- Reissue the ticket in EDIFACT waiving any applicable Distribution Surcharge (YR) and if applicable, the associated GST (UO)
- Flights being booked utilising the credit in EDIFACT must be booked in a new Qantas PNR
- Reissue with authority 400357 in endorsement box
- Change fee does apply
- Additional fare/taxes do apply.
- If the new fare is of a higher value than the existing ticketed fare, the fare difference is payable by the customer. All other applicable ticket surcharges, fees and taxes will apply.
Commercial Policy Conditions
- Flights being booked utilising the credit in EDIFACT must be booked in a new Qantas PNR
- All tickets must be reissued prior to travel, in accordance with the fare rules and International or domestic Reissue Policies
- All other rules and conditions of the ticket remain unchanged including the ticket validity
- Subsequent reissues after 1 July 2025 will be subject to any applicable Distribution Surcharge
