Bonus Savings on member flights for Qantas Business Rewards members
What do I need to do to access Bonus Savings for my Qantas Business Rewards customers?
When you are shopping for your Qantas Business Rewards customers please always include your customer's ABN. This will ensure that Qantas NDC can recognise your customer and provide the relevant offers available to them as well as ensuring your Qantas Business Rewards customers maximise the benefits for their business as a member of the program. You can identify where a Bonus Savings offer is available when you see 'Bonus QBR Flight Saving' in the shopping response. The level of bonus savings that applies to the offer may also be shown in the shopping response.
If the customer's ABN is not included when shopping, no Bonus Saving offers will be displayed and these offers will be unable to be accessed for your customer. If a Qantas Business Rewards member has booked a flight where a Bonus Savings offer has been applied and then changes their booking to an alternative flight, a Bonus Savings offer may or may not apply on the new flight. Please ensure that you use the customer's ABN when shopping for new flights and look out for 'Bonus QBR Flight Saving' in the shopping response.
