Updates to the Qantas Explorer product

When you book their international flight from Canada to Australia with Qantas, they can access discounted Explorer fares to over 45 destinations across the country.

The new changes to the Qantas Explorer product include:

• Updated pricing structure: Customers can enjoy savings of 30% on base fares (excluding fees, charges and taxes).^*

• Refined route offering: Zoning has been removed for simplicity. Explorer is now available on selected domestic Australia routes operated and marketed by Qantas.

• Eligibility changes: Jetstar flights and domestic New Zealand flights are no longer included as part of this offer.

• More cabin classes available:

  • Domestic Business class: Bookable in D class.
  • Domestic Economy class: Bookable in H, K, M, L, V, S, N, Q classes.

If you have an existing booking which has not yet been ticketed, you can apply the Peace-of-Mind Pricing Waiver to ticket at the original fare level within three (3) calendar days from when the Explorer change has been published, subject to standard Ticketing Time Limits and waiver conditions. The previous Explorer rules will apply.
