Request to Advance to the next Membership Level
Do you have any customers that will earn more than 15,000 points in their current membership year?
If so, you can place a request for those eligible customers to be fast-tracked to a higher membership level – and enabling them to earn more benefits even sooner.
How you can see whether a customer qualifies
Customers are eligible for a Level Advance request, if they will earn more than 15,000 points within their existing membership year.

How you can apply for the Level Advance
You will need to submit a Level Advance application form on behalf of your customer.
It is important that all fields are filled in correctly and that the relevant eligibility criteria, terms and conditions are met.
Qantas will inform you of the outcome of the request by email; or let you know if additional information is required. Where a request is unsuccessful, Qantas will provide you with the reasons for the decision.
Requests will be processed on a monthly basis until future notice.
The information you need to provide
1. Projected spend patterns, including:
1) Estimated spend on Qantas and total airline spend
2) Top 3 origin - destination routes (e.g. SYD-MEL, SYD-LAX)
3) Most commonly booked fares (e.g. Red eDeal, Flex, Business Class)
In addition, you should provide a clear commercial justification as to why the named customer should be advanced to a higher level. This can include your customer engagement strategy; and why you believe the program is the best fit for your customer.
