Service Fee Payment
You can pay the Service Fee over the phone by EMD or credit card. Agency credit cards are accepted for payment of Service Fees only. Payment is required at the time of the request prior to the service being facilitated by Qantas.
EMD Payments
An EMD-S (stand-alone) is required for service fee payments to the Qantas Agency Connect Team. The EMD should be issued as a lump sum without any breakdown of GST.

- EMD Type: 'S'
- Service Code: 'ICSF'
- RFIC: 'D'
- RFISC: 'ICS'
Qantas Agency Connect Ticketing
The service fee applies for the following ticketing transactions by Qantas Agency Connect:
- Name Correction
- Technology Partner system outages/faults with a job number
- Other Airlines coupon status is not updated to flown and travel is imminent
- Change of TMC
- Subsequent reissues by Qantas Agency Connect
The service fee DOES NOT apply for the following ticketing transactions by Qantas Agency Connect:
- Involuntary reissues due to a Qantas Schedule change
- Subsequent reissue of a schedule change
- A coupon for a Qantas flight has not updated to flown and travel is imminent
Qantas Group Travel Ticketing for Claimed Bookings
The service fee applies for the following transactions by Qantas Group Travel:
- Group booking claimed and ticketed by agent and request received for subsequent reissues to be facilitated by Qantas
The Service fee DOES NOT apply for the following ticketing transactions by Qantas Group Travel:
- Involuntary reissues due to a Qantas schedule change
- Subsequent reissue of a schedule change
