Terms and Conditions - North America Selling incentive - Game of Skill

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Acceptance of a prize is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.

2. The promoter is Qantas Airways Limited (ABN 16 009 661 901) of 10 Bourke Road, Mascot, NSW 2020 (telephone number +61 2 9691 3636 (Promoter).

Duration

3. All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEDT) on 2 March 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2026 (Promotion Period).

Eligibility to enter

4. Eligible Entrants are Australian based frontline travel agents, with an Australian IATA or TIDS included in a Qantas National Agency Sales Agreement (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate. Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and consolidators are excluded from this incentive.

Entry into the promotion

5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:

a. Sell a Qantas return ticket, on 081 paper, ex Australia to North America, and complete the Customer Collection Form on the QAC site to log their booking.

b. On the same landing page, they must write an answer in 50 words or less why themself and their chosen person deserve to win this giveaway and accept the terms and conditions.

6. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

7. Eligible Entrants are permitted multiple entries

8. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Judging of entries

10. Entries will be judged based on their originality and relevance to the prompt.

11. Judging will take place at 3pm (AEST) on Monday 13 April 2026.

12. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Chance plays no part in determining the winning.

The prize

13. There will be 1 (one) prize. The maximum total prize pool value is AUD$6,000, based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

14. The prize is 2 (two) Qantas return economy tickets from Australia to Las Vegas. The prize is inclusive of GST.

15. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of use of that prize.

16. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, for reasons outside the control of the Promoter, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

17. Prizewinner travel is valid/redeemable on Qantas and QantasLink marketed and operated services only and ticketed on 081 ticket stock. Prizewinner travel is not valid/able to be redeemed on other operating airlines, including codeshare flight numbers and services operated by Qantas subsidiaries (e.g., Qantas Holiday packages, Jetstar).

18. Travel must be booked directly with Qantas Airways in Australia through the contact identified on the prize winner’s voucher and cannot be made through third parties (ie. Travel agencies, online travel agencies).

19. The prize must be booked and ticketed by 30 November 2026 and travel is to be completed within the 12-month ticket validity.

20. Prize travel is subject to availability in Economy Class N, O, and Q booking classes at the time of booking. Blackout dates apply. These are: 29 December 2026 – 8 January 2027 and 7 days either side of the NRL games being played in Las Vegas in February 2027 – exact date to be announced.

21. Changes to tickets are subject to the rules and conditions of the ticketed fare, any additional fare collection, taxes and surcharges must be paid by the prize winner, Changes must be made by the original Qantas booking office. Fees may apply.

22. Prizewinner travel will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer Points or Status Credits on any element of the prize.

23. Upgrades cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Points.

24. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. If the prize is not utilised as stated it will be forfeited.

25. The prize must be used in one transaction. Any residual amount on the prizewinner voucher will be forfeited if not fully redeemed.

26. Advance bookings are essential. Please allow a minimum of 21 days’ notice when making the booking.

27. The prizewinner and any travelling companion/s must travel together on all prizewinner travel and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g.travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, ancillary products or any other costs of a personal nature) and complying with all health or other governmental regulations. The promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at each destination. All prizewinner travel is subject to Qantas ‘Conditions of Carriage’.

28. Qantas will not be liable for any taxation, including FBT that may be levied as a result of winning. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable (including names changes), non-exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services. If lost or misplaced, it is not replaceable.

29. Qantas Airways Limited, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Notification of the winner

30. The winners will be notified by email by 5pm on Friday 17 April 2026 and their names will be published on https://agencyconnect.qantas.com/en-au/news/feb-2026/win-your-way-las-vegas.html within 7 (seven) days of acceptance of the prize.

Limitation of liability and variation of terms

31. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. In this scenario, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.

32. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.

33. The exclusion of liability in clause 32 does not apply to limit or exclude liability:

a. for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third party goods or services, which other than in connection with this promotion, are in the normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business; and the Promoter’s Conditions of Carriage and general booking conditions (and any exclusions contained therein) apply despite any statement to the contrary in these terms and conditions; or

b. to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the manner contemplated in that clause (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

Entry details and privacy

34. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities. Without limiting the foregoing, entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement, visit www.qantas.com/privacy to obtain a copy.

Tax Implications

35. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Fringe Benefits Tax

36. Receipt of a prize may have Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications. To the extent that there is any FBT liability, this will be paid for by the employer of the recipient. The grossed-up value of a prize and any other Fringe Benefits the recipient receives during the course of the FBT year may be reported on the recipient's annual PAYG Payment Summary as required by taxation law.
