Game of Chance - Paris E Learning Module Incentive

1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion/Acceptance of a prize is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.

2) The promoter is Qantas Airways Limited (ABN 16 009 661 901) of 10 Bourke Road, Mascot, NSW 2020 (Qantas +61 2 9691 3636) (Promoter).

Duration

3) All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated. The promotion commences at 00:00 AEST 25 August 2025 and closes at 23:59 AEST 12 September 2025 (Promotion Period).

Eligibility to enter

4) Eligible Entrants are Australian based registered Travel Agents over the age of 18 years and employed by an accredited travel agency (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.

Entry into the promotion

5) To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:

a) Sign up to the Qantas Learning Hub, if not already registered

b) complete the following Qantas eLearning module: 'Qantas to Paris' Learning Module.

6) Eligible entrants must complete the module to its entirety, failure to complete the module to its entirety will not count as an entry.

7) The completion of the 'Qantas to Paris' Learning Module, is one entry to win. Multiple entries are not permitted. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

8) The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

9) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Drawing of entries

10) The draw will take place before 19 September 2025 at 10 Bourke Road, Mascot, NSW 2020.

11) The draw will be conducted by employees of the Promoter.

12) The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize

13) There will be five (5) prizes. The maximum total prize pool value is AU$2,500 based on the recommended retail value and the exchange rate at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

Specifically the card is not valid at venues that are designated by their merchant category code as Fast food or quick service restaurants. Gift cards are still subject to individual merchant acceptance and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law and subject always to the individual trading terms of each participating merchant.
  • The Cinema Gift Card works at cinemas that have a merchant category code Motion Picture Theatres (7832). Gift cards are still subject to individual merchant acceptance and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law and subject always to the individual trading terms of each participating merchant.
  • The Pamper Gift Card works at salons, day spas or beauty clinics that have a merchant category code Barber and Beauty Shops (7230), Health and Beauty Spas (7298), or Hotels, Motels and Resorts (7011). Gift cards are still subject to individual merchant acceptance and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law and subject always to the individual trading terms of each participating merchant.
  • The Pub & Bar Gift Card works at pubs or bars that have a merchant category code Drinks Places (5813), Eating Places and Restaurants (5812) or Country Clubs (7997). Gift cards are still subject to individual merchant acceptance and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law and subject always to the individual trading terms of each participating merchant.
  • The card will expire according to the month and year found on your tokenised card on your device
  • The Card is valid until the expiry date and cannot be used after expiry.
  • At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited.

Card Limitations

  • The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees.
  • The Card is not reloadable.
  • The Card is not a credit card and nor is it linked to a deposit account with us.
  • The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments.
  • Authorisations may be declined at some merchants (such as gambling merchants or merchants who choose not to accept the Card).

Waivers

  • We are not liable in any way when authorisation is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorisation has been declined because of an act or omission on our part.
  • We are not liable in circumstances where you have other cards stored on your Device for payment and you inadvertently use the Card when using your Device as a payment method. You must ensure that you select the correct card prior to using your Device as a payment method.
  • We are not otherwise liable for the use, functionality or availability of a Device, the availability of merchants who allow the use of the Device and Card as payment, or a reduced level of service caused by the failure of third party communications and network providers (except to the extent deemed liable under the ePayments Code).
  • We are not liable for transactions on your Card if: a) your Device security measures are compromised; or b) where you allow others access to, or the means to access, your Device; or c) any other circumstances in which you allow others to circumvent the security measures of your Device.
  • The Card is like cash and may not be replaced if misused, lost, stolen or damaged.
  • The Card will be void if it is defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

Fees

  • We do not charge any fees for using the Card. However, some merchants may charge you for using the Card and such fees may be deducted from the balance of your Card at the time of the transaction.

Refunds

  • Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific merchant.
  • Refunds may be in the form of a credit to the Card, cash refund or in-store credit. If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the Card) then you will have no access to those funds.

Disputes, Complaints & General Queries

  • If you have a problem with a purchase you made with the Card, or a dispute with a merchant regarding a purchase you must deal directly with the merchant involved. If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant, you can contact The Card Network.

15) Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of use of that prize.

16) If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, for reasons outside the control of the Promoter, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions f rom a regulatory authority.

Notification of the winner

17) The winners will be notified by email before 19 September 2025 and their names may be published in Qantas Trade Communications Agency Alert on the following scheduled send.

18) When the winners are notified, they will be shared the gift card that will be under their name and email address. The Promoter accepts no responsibility of this gift card once it has been shared to the prize winner. If the card is lost, stolen or misplaced, that is the responsibility of the prize winner.

Right of the Promoter to redraw

19) The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize within a reasonable timeframe from the date of notification. For any prize that remains unclaimed before 10:00am (AEDT) on Thursday 2 October 2025, a second draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Thursday 2 October 2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winners determined in accordance with clause will be notified by email by Thursday 2 October 2025 and their names may be published on Qantas Trade Communications 'Agency Alert' on the following scheduled send.
