Customers impacted by Rex cancelled flights
Qantas is assisting any REX customers whose flights have been cancelled by the suspension of their Boeing 737 operations. You can help your customers request a Qantas flight on the same route, at no cost. Conditions apply.

To request a rebooking onto a Qantas service on behalf of your customers, please complete the REX rebooking request form. You will need to provide your customer's REX booking reference and booking itinerary.
If your customers are travelling within the next 24 hours or require specific assistance, such as a wheelchair request or booking for an unaccompanied minor, please complete the form on their behalf and note down the Customer Care reference number, then call Qantas on 13 13 13.
