compactor-item__content---922270942

How long is PNDC access available once accepted?
compactor-item__content--520032052
Access to Premium NDC will begin on the date access is granted by your GDS or Authorised Distribution Certified Technology Partner (no earlier than 1 July 2025) and will continue until the following 30 June (the "Term"). The Term will automatically renew for an additional 12 months on each anniversary of 1 July, unless terminated by either Party.

compactor-item__content---998450550

If I am participating in Premium NDC and my Technology Partner is connected to Qantas NDC, will my agency have access to all PNDC content and offers?
compactor-item__content---1312936128
This depends on the capability of your Technology Partner. Your Technology Partner may not yet have developed the capability to distribute all offers made available via the Qantas Premium NDC channel. Your Technology Partner may also choose not to develop their system to distribute some offers. Qantas encourages travel agencies to engage with their Technology Partners to understand if and when new offers made available in the PNDC will be available to your travel agency.
If I use a GDS, how will I know when I am receiving an PNDC offer from Qantas?
compactor-item__content---656671226
PNDC offers will appear without a Qantas distribution surcharge in your GDS. Qantas encourages travel agencies to engage with your GDS to understand how NDC offers will be displayed.
Can I get access to special price offers for my Qantas Frequent Flyer customer if I only provide another airline's loyalty number at the time of shopping?
compactor-item__content---2060659753
No, currently special price offers for Qantas Frequent Flyers are only available to Qantas Frequent Flyer members, however you will still have access to other offers relevant to your customer's journey.
I ticket through a consolidator, but they do not have PNDC access. What should I do?
compactor-item__content--1813202682
PNDC content is made available at a booking agent level. If your agency is accepted into PNDC, then you will be able to receive PNDC offers.
If a Consolidator is a PNDC agent can they share their PNDC content with other agents?
compactor-item__content---1747001511
No. If a consolidator is a PNDC agent they should not share their PNDC content with other agents without the written approval of Qantas. Each booking agent requires their own PNDC agreement with Qantas and a valid IATA, TIDS or ARC identifier to access PNDC content.
Can a Consolidator ticket a PNDC or SNDC booking sold by another agent?
compactor-item__content--1137912006
Yes. Qantas allows Consolidators to ticket NDC bookings sold by other PNDC or SNDC agents. The consolidator does not need to be a PNDC agent to ticket a booking sold by another PNDC agent.
How do I get support for a Qantas Premium NDC booking?
compactor-item__content--1843647827
Travel agents may require support with their Qantas bookings from time to time and to assist you with this, your first point of contact should always be your Technology Partner.
Will the lower pricing on Australian domestic fares in PNDC also be available on qantas.com?
compactor-item__content---1765822895
This lower pricing initiative is for Domestic Australia fares made available in indirect booking systems only for our Agency Partners who access PNDC when compared to Standard NDC. Qantas.com is a separate channel and has a separate pricing strategy.
