Qantas Gateway - Help & Support
It uses individual user credentials to enhance security and provides single sign‑on access to Qantas agency sites as they progressively move under Gateway*, starting with Qantas Agency Connect.
It also delivers improved administrator features, making it simpler and more efficient to manage agency access.
To maintain access to Qantas Agency Connect, all agencies are required to register for Qantas Gateway by 10 June 2026.

Registration and Administrator Access
To maintain access to the Qantas Agency Connect site, all agencies must register each IATA, TIDS and ARC for Qantas Gateway.
Each agency is required to nominate at least one Agency Administrator to be authorised to act as your agency's primary contact.
The Agency Administrator will complete the initial agency registration and manage user access and permissions for their team.
Where possible, we recommend nominating more than one Agency Administrator to ensure access is maintained.
Important for larger agency groups
If you’re part of a large agency chain, Qantas may already be working with your head office to manage access where your agency is registered with Qantas Agency Connect. Please follow any guidance from your management team.

Registration
You'll need to use your individual work email address to register for Qantas Gateway.
For multi‑factor authentication (MFA), we're unable to accept personal, shared or group email addresses. Using an individual work email also allows you to set up personal preferences, such as marketing communications, and access personalised content in the Qantas Agency Learning Hub.
Multi‑factor authentication (MFA) is an added security step that helps confirm your identity when signing in to your Qantas Gateway account.
Qantas Gateway supports the following MFA options:
- SMS (mobile phone)
- Email (individual work email address)
When selecting your MFA method, please follow your company's security policies.
- If you exceed the three attempts for a validation option, a 15‑minute lockout will apply before you can try again. Please return once you have the correct information available and attempt registration again after the lockout period has ended.
- If you're unable to complete validation, you can still proceed with your registration. Your request will then be submitted for manual review, and our team will assess it before access is granted.
