Extended support hours throughout July
To provide greater support for you during the transition to Qantas NDC, Qantas Agency Connect will be offering extended support hours throughout the month of July. From 1–31 July, our team will be available daily from 7:00am to 7:00pm (AEST).
Outside of Qantas Agency Connect hours, our trained global Qantas teams are available 24/7 to support imminent travel within 72 hours of departure, ensuring your customers always reach their destination smoothly. For service requests, policy updates, and helpful resources, the Qantas Agency Connect website remains available 24/7.
