How do I join the Learning Hub?

It's easy. Just click on the Register button located on the Qantas Agency Connect learning hub page and complete the registration form. You'll receive an automated email response with your confirmed access details within a few minutes. You can then access the Hub and update your user profile.
I'm already registered with QAC, do I need to register for the Learning Hub?

Yes - the Learning Hub and QAC are two different sites with their own user accounts and login credentials.
I had a Learning Hub login prior to October 2021. Why do I need to re-register?

In October 2021 the Learning Hub moved to a new platform. This requires all agents to re-register for the Learning Hub.

I have forgotten my password

Click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen. You'll then be asked to enter your email address to reset your password. Check your email for instructions.
I've completed the registration form, but I haven't received an email to complete my profile. What do I do?

  1. Ensure you have selected your location from the drop-down menus on the sign-up form and complete all fields.
  2. If an 'invalid credentials' message appears at the top of the screen, you already have a Learning Hub account. Please use 'forgot password' on the sign in screen.
  3. The email will come from our Learning Hub partner Continu - and the from address will include @continu.co
  4. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact the Agency Learning Team at agencylearning@qantas.com.au
